Job Summary
Safeguard the assets of DraftKings at Casino Queen and its guests by performing all job duties according to established procedures and internal controls. Ensure the safety of guests, employees, and the facility, reporting incidents, accidents, and illnesses during your shift. Handle security and emergency medical situations at your assigned post, maintain and inventory security equipment, and know how to operate all security gear. Escort gaming chips, tokens, and cash, participate in hard and soft count drops, and ensure only authorized personnel are in non-public areas. Enforce age restrictions for alcohol and gambling. Attend mandatory training, comply with all rules and regulations, and be ready to testify in legal proceedings as needed. Regular attendance and flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Superior customer relations and decision-making skills
- Capable of negotiating stairs and ramps
- Capable of walking long distances on foot
- Capable of standing for long periods
- Capable of lifting and operating portable equipment
- Flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays
