Job Summary
Conduct regular patrols throughout the hotel premises to identify and address potential risks, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff. Provide recommendations and promote hotel facilities to enhance the guest experience from the moment of arrival. Collaborate seamlessly with team members to uphold service standards while embodying values of integrity and excellence. Maintain a 12-hour shift pattern (4 days on, 4 days off) between 4 pm and 12 am, requiring a valid SIA License and solid knowledge of London. Required Qualifications
