Job Summary
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor badges, and direct individuals to appropriate locations while maintaining visitor logs. Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations following established healthcare location procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, receiving areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Document daily activities, unusual occurrences, and access-control issues in accordance with reporting procedures. Work a day shift from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM in Manteca, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
