Job Summary
Coordinate dispatch communications, monitor activity, and respond to calls for service at retail and mall locations. Relay information to on-site personnel, conduct regular patrols to report hazards, and maintain accurate incident logs. Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers while supporting access control and emergency response activities. Work part-time shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Fridays and 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM on Saturdays at a Framingham, MA location.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Loss prevention experience
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet
- Access control and badge experience
