Job Summary
Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and radio traffic to dispatch personnel and communicate incident details clearly. Conduct regular patrols of business areas, parking lots, and perimeters to report hazards and suspicious activity. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by executing site-specific procedures. Maintain accurate logs, dispatch records, and incident reports in accordance with policies. Respond to critical situations calmly, coordinating with on-site staff and emergency responders as needed. This part-time role in Framingham, MA offers a six-month anchor shift commitment with the option to claim additional shifts via the Smart Tools platform.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Loss prevention experience is preferred
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- CPR certification is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
