Job Summary
Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and radio traffic to dispatch personnel and communicate incident details clearly. Conduct regular patrols of business areas, parking lots, and perimeters to report hazards and suspicious activity. Provide customer service to clients and visitors while maintaining accurate logs, dispatch records, and incident reports. Coordinate with on-site staff and emergency responders during critical situations. This part-time role in Framingham, MA, offers fixed-anchor shifts with a six-month commitment and an option to claim additional shifts for increased earnings.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Desired Qualifications
- Loss prevention experience is preferred
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- CPR certification is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
