Job Summary
Coordinate dispatch communications, monitor alarms and cameras, and relay information to appropriate personnel while supporting timely responses to incidents at financial institutions. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities. Conduct regular patrols around the business and perimeter to report unusual conditions and deter unauthorized activity. Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift activity records in accordance with site procedures. Requires a valid driver's license, 3+ years of security experience, and a background investigation. Day shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience
- college degree
- high school diploma or GED
- at least 21 years of age
- valid driver's license
- at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- at least 21 years of age for armed roles
- subject to a background investigation
- subject to a drug screen
