Security Officer Dispatch and Patrol

Monitor radios, telephones, alarms, and cameras to receive service calls, document activity, and dispatch personnel. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations by gathering details, relaying information to staff, and coordinating follow-up. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while conducting regular and random patrols to note unusual activity, access issues, and potential hazards. Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, sharing updates with site contacts and leadership. This part-time role in Kutztown, PA, includes a rotating day shift from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM and pays $17.00 per hour.
