Job Summary
Experienced security professional sought for 24x7 data center operations. Responsibilities include monitoring digital surveillance, conducting security patrols on foot and in vehicle, granting access to authorized personnel, identifying and addressing security and safety hazards, enforcing rules (e.g., photography restrictions, loitering, smoking), investigating incidents, and preparing reports. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a security professional, in the US military, or in law enforcement
- Active California BSIS Security Guard Registration
- California driver license with clean driving record
- Available to work nights, weekends, and overtime when necessary
- Excellent customer service skills
- Calm under pressure and able to handle emergencies
- Strong observation and attention to detail
- Strong computer proficiency and report writing abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt to change
- Physical ability to lift at least 20 pounds, climb stairs, and stand for long periods
- Ability to pass pre-employment requirements (drug test, extensive background check, and DMV checks)
- MMPI psychological test
