Job Summary
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter while providing customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Maintain computer and phone technology proficiency to support operations. This role serves clients across commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government sectors. Applicants must hold a valid driver's license with one year of driving history and possess security experience or an associate's degree.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history
- Comfortable utilizing computer and phone technology
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
