Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned retail areas, including sales floors, entrances, exits, and parking zones, while maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents. Provide customer service to shoppers, employees, and visitors by responding to disturbances, critical situations, and policy violations in a professional manner. Conduct regular unarmed patrols, observe visitor activity, and report suspicious behavior or hazards to site management. Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports following site-specific procedures. Work part-time shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays in Florence, KY.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
