Job Summary
Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail store, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help deter theft, trespassing, and other policy violations. Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership. Work part-time days and evenings from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM in Coventry, RI.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
