Job Summary
Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, manage visitor and contractor entry, and maintain accurate access-related logs at a logistics and distribution location. Control the flow of vehicle and pedestrian traffic at gates and docks, conduct regular patrols of designated areas to identify unusual activity, and respond to incidents while notifying site contacts and leadership as needed. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities. This part-time role in Fort Worth, TX, includes a schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma, and pass a background investigation and drug screen.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
