Job Summary
Patrol the entire building and cottages on a non-routine basis, checking floors, laundry rooms, storage areas, fire exits, and public restrooms. Investigate and report suspicious activity, monitor security cameras, and complete daily, case, and incident reports. Respond to incidents by contacting the Director of Security or Gastonia City Police, conferring with the Nursing Department, and executing Code Red procedures until the Fire Department arrives. Secure exterior doors and offices at set times, manage fire logs, and fill in for the Medical Transportation Driver when needed. Maintain confidentiality, uphold community core values, and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
