Security Officer - County Hospital

Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to deter security-related incidents at a government healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and public emergency services. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to report unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, common areas, and restricted spaces, verify access as directed by site policies, and document security-related observations and incidents. Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and the public by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities. Assist with visitor guidance and follow post orders to support day-to-day operations. This driving post requires a valid driver's license and at least two years of security-related experience.
