Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned retail and distribution areas, including interior work zones, exterior grounds, parking, and perimeter access points. Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations while maintaining a visible presence to deter unauthorized access and reduce security-related incidents. Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and vendors by executing site-specific policies and emergency response procedures. Verify credentials and visitor access, report unusual conditions such as inventory concerns or lighting issues to leadership, and observe the location for security hazards. Work part-time shifts from 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Thursdays and Fridays.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
