Job Summary
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials, and respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the location, including interior work areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter access points. Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Observe the location for unusual conditions such as inventory concerns, damaged doors or gates, lighting issues, and other security-related hazards, communicating findings to site contacts and leadership. Work part-time shifts including Thursday and Friday mornings from 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
