Security Officer - Corporate Patrol Courtesy

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by executing security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations using established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and assist with maintaining orderly entry and exit procedures. Prepare accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrol activities, and maintenance concerns for leadership and site contacts. This role offers a six-month fixed-shift commitment with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma, and pass a background investigation and drug screen.
