Job Summary
Conduct unarmed patrols of facility entrances, parking areas, and perimeters to identify and report unusual activity. Respond to incidents, medical concerns, and access-control issues in healthcare locations while verifying authorized entry and assisting visitors. Provide customer service by executing site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately, communicating relevant information to leadership. Maintain a fixed six-month commitment to an assigned site with the option to claim additional shifts through the Smart Tools platform. Requires at least one year of security experience, CPR or First Aid certification, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen
- A valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Comfort using a computer or tablet
- Access control and badge experience
- CPR and/or First Aid certification
