Job Summary
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting that working environments and conditions may vary by client site. This role requires an active Arizona guard card, valid driver's license, and experience walking or standing for long periods, often working outside in the elements. Pay is $20.00 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles, with a high school diploma or equivalent. A background investigation and drug screen are required as conditions of employment.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of security experience
- Active Arizona guard card
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
- Walk/Stand for Long Periods of Time
- Work Outside in the Element
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
