Job Summary
Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and manage visitor access while maintaining accurate records at a logistics and distribution facility. Respond to alarms, access concerns, and critical situations by escalating matters as needed. Conduct regular patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Provide customer service to clients, drivers, and employees while communicating professionally with site personnel. Work part-time shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
