Job Summary
Manage access control points and monitor camera systems while conducting foot or vehicle patrols to protect client property and equipment from vandalism and theft. Complete Daily Activity Reports every shift and submit Incident Reports when necessary. Utilize a computer and smartphone for daily operations, maintaining strong written and oral communication skills. This role reports to Kassidy Halstead at Continental Secret Service Bureau, Inc., a family-owned business protecting clients across Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and West Virginia. Positions are available in full-time or part-time capacity across the first, second, and third shifts, including weekends and holidays. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Written Skills
- Prior law enforcement experience
- Military experience
- Security experience
- At least 1 year of solid Customer Service Experience
- Knowledge of contract security industry
- Reliable transportation to/from work
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Pass a Criminal Background Check
- Pass a pre-employment Drug Test
- Strong written/oral communication skills
- Ability to utilize a computer/smart phone
- Availability for Holidays & Weekends
