Security Officer Concierge

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and shoppers by executing security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities. Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting individuals, verifying access authorization, issuing credentials, and directing them to appropriate locations. Monitor entry activity, visitor logs, and surveillance systems; report unusual activity and security concerns according to site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services as directed. Maintain accurate records of visitor activity, incidents, deliveries, and front desk communications. This fixed-shift commitment requires a six-month base schedule with the option to pick up additional shifts through our platform. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma, and pass a background investigation and drug screen.
