Job Summary
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff while conducting regular unarmed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter zones to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations by documenting details and communicating with site contacts or emergency personnel as needed. Monitor access points, observe property-wide activity, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate contacts. Assist with visitor direction and follow post orders related to after-hours access, deliveries, and restricted areas at this tech and retail-focused location. Work part-time day shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. A valid driver's license is required, and applicants must be at least 21 years old.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- A valid driver's license
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
