Security Officer - Concierge Patrol

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff while carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and unusual activity by documenting details and communicating with site contacts or emergency personnel. Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter zones to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points, observe property activity, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and policy violations. Support daily operations at a technology-focused location by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with visitor direction, and following post orders for after-hours access and deliveries. Work part-time days from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
