Job Summary
Maintain a visible presence in the facility, monitor the environment for suspicious activity, and greet customers, visitors, and staff professionally. Answer all phones, permit authorized entry, and perform required patrols on foot or in vehicle. Observe departing personnel to protect company property and enforce facility policies within position limits. Monitor alarms and systems, follow emergency action plans, and prepare reports on accidents and incidents. Requires reliable transportation and communication; Monday through Friday shifts from 3:00pm to 11:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma, GED or the equivalent
- Must have reliable means of communication and transportation
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- neat and professional appearance
- Write routine correspondence, to include log entries and incident reporting
- Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm
Desired Qualifications
- Previous contract security, law enforcement, military, customer service experience
