Job Summary
Screen packages, cargo, deliveries, and personnel while monitoring access points, verifying credentials, and reporting security concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following established emergency procedures, and conduct regular patrols of the facility, loading areas, and perimeter to identify unusual activity. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while using computer or tablet tools as needed. Work part-time shifts including days, Thursdays, and Saturdays from early morning to late evening. A high school diploma, computer proficiency, and customer service experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
