Job Summary
Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents in healthcare facilities. Support access control activities, assist visitors and staff, and respond to incidents and critical situations following established protocols. Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities while providing customer service to clients, patients, and visitors. Work a day shift from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in Scottsdale, AZ, as a full-time position. CPR and First Aid certification, access control experience, and a Guard Card are preferred qualifications for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- A Guard Card or license is preferred
