Job Summary
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business location and perimeter to identify and report unusual activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific policies, reporting concerns to appropriate personnel. Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation. This fixed-shift commitment requires a six-month base assignment with the option to pick up additional shifts via our scheduling platform. A valid New York State Security Guard License and high school diploma are required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid New York State Security Guard License
- At least 21 years of age
- Access control and badge experience
- Comfortably using a computer or tablet
- Customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Valid driver's license
