Job Summary
Conduct routine patrols of hallways, common areas, parking zones, and perimeter points while monitoring access points and visitor activity to deter unauthorized entry. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing customer service to staff, visitors, and patients within a healthcare location. Document all observations, incidents, and daily activities in accordance with site procedures. Maintain a valid driver's license and operate a vehicle to support these duties. Work rotating shifts from 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM, Monday through Sunday, as part of Allied Universal's security team serving diverse industries including healthcare.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
