Security Officer Commercial Building Patrol

Conduct regular patrols of commercial building entrances, exits, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations by documenting details and communicating with site contacts or public agencies. Monitor access points to confirm visitor protocols and restricted area requirements are followed. Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and the public while carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities. Perform general assistance and observe surroundings to report maintenance or security concerns. Requires a New York State Security Guard License, one year of security experience, and a high school diploma. Fixed six-month commitment with option to claim additional shifts.
