Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned healthcare facilities, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Respond to incidents, patient and visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner while providing customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. Conduct regular and random patrols to support a welcoming environment, monitor access points, and assist with directing visitors per site-specific procedures. Document incidents, observations, and security activities accurately, reporting concerns to appropriate personnel. Work night shifts in Nashville, TN, as an unarmed Security Officer Clinical Response Driver.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license in the state where the job is located
- At least one year of security-related experience
- Must meet hospital vaccination requirements
- Willingness to work in and around morgue areas
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to restrain individuals as required
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license for driving positions
