Job Summary
Conduct scheduled vehicle and foot patrols across residential communities, construction sites, and commercial locations in the Denver area. Check parking lots, common areas, gates, and perimeters while maintaining a visible security presence to deter criminal activity. Respond promptly to client requests, investigate complaints involving suspicious activity or disturbances, and resolve routine service calls professionally. Identify safety hazards, property damage, or maintenance concerns during patrols and report trespassing, vandalism, or other security issues to supervisors. Complete detailed patrol logs, incident reports, and service call documentation using company software before the end of each shift. Maintain timely communication regarding significant incidents and adhere to all post orders and client instructions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to safely operate a company patrol vehicle
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent observation and decision-making abilities
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to successfully pass all required background screening
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in mobile patrol, residential security, or property protection
- Experience responding to customer service requests or security-related incidents
- Familiarity with digital reporting systems and mobile workforce applications
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
