Security Officer

Security Officer responsibilities include creating a safe and secure hotel environment by implementing security procedures, monitoring building activity and video surveillance, and taking corrective actions to protect guests and staff. You will complete daily security logs, respond to emergencies (fire, injuries, power failure, bomb threats), manage incidents (injuries, theft, vandalism, property loss), and ensure entrances/exits are secured while maintaining key management procedures. The role requires excellent guest service, the ability to communicate hazards to department heads, and collaboration with hotel leadership to uphold safety standards and deliver the Radisson guest experience. Strong verbal/interpersonal skills, attention to detail, flexibility to work weekends/holidays, and proficiency with MS Office/Outlook are important. The position is based at Radisson Blu Mall of America in Bloomington, MN, and is an in-person security role within a 24/7 hospitality environment.
