Job Summary
Security Officer role at SVHM Fitzroy Campus delivering safe and secure environments for staff, patients and visitors. Responsibilities include monitoring CCTV, access control and duress alarms, responding to emergency codes (Grey/Black), adhering to SOPs, and acting as Emergency/Deputy Emergency Coordinator while upholding the Sisters of Charity values. Must have a current security/crowd control license (Level-2) and be able to operate in a healthcare security setting; familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook) is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Current security/crowd control license (Level-2) inclusive of Control Room Operator
- A valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, or willing to obtain
