Job Summary
Provides a safe environment for guests and employees by patrolling the premises, observing for incidents, preparing written reports, and communicating with security personnel. Responsible for currency transports per casino procedures, enforcing security policies, maintaining professional appearance, and responding to inquiries. Duties include walking/running short to moderate distances, climbing stairs/fences, lifting and moving heavy objects, and using restraining devices and defensive techniques as needed. Requires knowledge of safety rules, ability to read/writing reports, ability to communicate effectively, and valid California driver’s license. Works in a casino environment with exposure to fumes, outdoor weather, and variable noise; benefits include health, PTO, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and paid weekly paychecks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; six months security or military experience/training and/or graduation from a police academy and/or one year customer service experience.
