Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate areas, including interiors, exteriors, parking, and perimeters, to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations by escalating matters according to site procedures while providing customer service to tenants and visitors. Conduct regular patrols, maintain a visible presence, and support access control and alarm response activities. Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs. Perform emergency preparedness duties and report suspicious activity or policy violations to appropriate contacts.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control/badge experience is preferred
- Ability to lift more than 20 lbs. is preferred
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
