Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and support access control and alarm response activities at a commercial real estate location in Seattle, WA. Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff while responding to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter zones to identify security concerns. Report suspicious activity, property concerns, maintenance issues, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs. Work a rotating day shift from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control/badge experience is preferred
- Ability to lift more than 20 lbs. is preferred
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
