Job Summary
Welcome visitors, manage access, and support daily security operations at a commercial office location. Monitor lobby activity, assist with visitor check-in and badge distribution, and respond to incidents or critical situations calmly. Answer phones, document daily activity, maintain visitor logs, and report unusual issues according to site guidelines. Verify credentials, follow key and package handling procedures, and provide courteous assistance to building occupants. This part-time, overnight role requires a minimum of six months of security experience, a high school diploma, and is subject to background investigation and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 months of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- CPR and/or First Aid certification
- Comfort using a computer or tablet
- A state, county, or city issued security-related license
- Customer service experience
