Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access issues, and critical situations while providing customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff. Monitor and report security conditions, maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and policy violations. Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs. Work a rotating day shift from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Sunday, at a commercial real estate location in Pasadena, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
