Job Summary
Maintain public order, enforce safety rules, and protect company assets while providing escorts for cash transactions and verifying money payouts. Check hotel and grounds as assigned, report accidents or unusual occurrences to supervisors, and act as a first responder during fires and emergencies. Assist guests and team members in events involving illness, accidents, or injuries, and direct evacuations in coordination with Passenger Safety Personnel. Clearly communicate verbally and via two-way radio to maintain control of boarding procedures and incidents. Perform all duties in accordance with approved policies, gaming regulations, and approved procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to clearly communicate verbally, in person and over a two-way radio.
- Must be assertive enough to maintain control of boarding procedures and incidents.
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work on feet for an eight-hour shift.
- Must be CPR, AED and First Aid State Certified within 90 days of employment.
- Must have a good sense of reason and the ability to follow direction under stressful or emergency situations.
