Job Summary
Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering world-class service and accurately check all staff/guest bags prior to entering the arena. Enforce building policies and procedures while monitoring the crowd during all events to ensure safety for all guests and employees. Respond to all emergencies and guests' concerns/complaints in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner, working cooperatively with law enforcement and fire/rescue personnel. Verify credentials to control access into restricted areas and accurately complete incident reports. Maintain a clean and neat appearance during work hours while standing for long periods and lifting up to 50lbs. Work in crowded environments, loud settings, and varying temperatures, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Ability to work comfortably around special effects including, but not limited to: haze, strobe lights, lasers, etc.
- Ability to work in loud environments
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Must be able to walk up to 0.5 miles to and from designated employee parking areas
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work in cold/hot indoor and outdoor temperatures
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) of security experience
- Knowledge of the Security Chain of Command
- Security license
- Law Enforcement or Military background
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge and skill in radio communication
- Bilingual
