Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas, including business, customer zones, parking lots, and perimeters, to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a visible presence to safeguard the financial institution. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by executing security procedures and emergency response activities as needed. Document observations and report concerns to appropriate personnel. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM at a location in Dorchester, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
