Job Summary
Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, and the business perimeter, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents at a financial institution in New York, NY. Respond to alarms, access concerns, and critical situations by notifying appropriate personnel and emergency services as directed. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while verifying credentials and reporting unauthorized access attempts or unusual conditions. Prepare accurate reports and maintain required logs for patrols, incidents, and visitor activity. This part-time role includes day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
