Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned banking areas, offices, parking lots, ATM locations, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients while verifying credentials at access points and reporting unauthorized access attempts. Respond to incidents and critical situations by notifying personnel and documenting events in daily activity and incident reports. Maintain a visible presence to support a welcoming environment for all site stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Valid New York State Security Guard License
- At least one year of security-related experience
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 21 years of age
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Valid driver's license
