Security Officer - Bank ATM Patrol

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to identify unusual activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, directing individuals to appropriate locations and reporting concerns to site leadership. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.
