Job Summary
Conduct routine patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter incidents and identify unusual activity. Respond to alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner while maintaining visible presence for employees, customers, and visitors. Provide customer service to site personnel and contractors, verify visitor authorization, and communicate observations promptly to site leadership and emergency personnel. Maintain accurate documentation of all activity and incidents. Work part-time day shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in Queens Village, NY, with a valid driver's license required.
