Job Summary
Security Officer responsible for overseeing casino physical security and protecting guests, employees, and property. Maintains service culture and guest security, complies with regulatory and company policies, observes and reports criminal or suspicious activity, and stays informed about promotions and events. Must be able to work flexible shifts, read/write/speak English, remain physically mobile, and operate in high-stress environments. Knowledge of MICs/ICs and adherence to Adopted Rules and procedures are expected; performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Able to work flexible shifts
- Physically mobile; able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
