Job Summary
Manage entry points, verify credentials, and monitor access activity for employees, visitors, and deliveries at a logistics and distribution location. Control access for personnel and contractors to deter unauthorized entry while maintaining orderly traffic flow. Respond to incidents and critical situations by notifying site contacts and emergency services as directed. Conduct regular patrols of access points, shipping and receiving areas, and the business perimeter. Provide customer service to drivers and vendors while carrying out site-specific policies and emergency response procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Loss prevention experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
