Job Summary
Manage entry and exit points, verify identification, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate access records at a food and beverage manufacturing location. Control access for deliveries and contractors while directing authorized personnel to designated areas. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific policies and emergency response activities as needed. Conduct regular patrols of access points, exterior areas, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Respond to incidents and critical situations by communicating observations to site contacts and leadership. Requires CPR certification, access control experience, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
